Asian gravure idols love to have fun in the summer. This is particularly the case for Japanese gravure idols.
Summer is another one of the four seasons in a calendar year. And it is a season to look forward to. This is especially true for many Japanese celebrities. Although we are still in the middle of winter where I am I felt the need to talk about this a little. It is understandable why many of these famous singers such as Miki Fujimoto, Natsumi Abe, Yuko Nakazawa, and many others prefer either the warmth of summer or the crisp, cool days of fall.
Japan gets very humid and sticky during the summertime. But the beaches in Japan are awesome and the water there is very clean. I recommend a trip to Enoshima Beach which is about an hour south of Tokyo by train. And to get a respite from the sweltering heat in Japan, make sure to take advantage of the many interesting and tasty drinks that are in the vending machines. But let me share some good news here: while the heat and humidity in Japan may be hot and sweltering, China is worse when it comes to summer heat. If you are a person that loves the warmth of the weather hitting your skin and you feel like you cannot live without warmth, then you will enjoy yourself as we discuss the reasons why you should look forward to the summer instead of saying how much you don’t like it. I used to be a real heat hater but now I have come to the realization that I have to accept the fact that summer is going to be hot. At least that is true of most places. Also, I am more physically fit than I used to be. Even if you are not a heat lover, there are ways to look forward to the summer. Yes, there are times that even I want to stay indoors because the constant sun and heat can really wear you down. But it is my belief that summer should be hot or at least somewhat warm. I know that some of you will disagree with this statement but they call it summer for a reason. I don’t really think that 50 degree weather is right for the summer because that is too cool. But however, I wouldn’t really mind that because at least I wouldn’t be sweating. Atsuko Maeda has been seen in a bikini many times. She has even done photo shoots in Thailand! Acchan was seen displaying her beautiful bikini body in a photo shoot back in 2010! That is one of the best photo sessions of her career!
If you are a person that likes to get lots of things done before it gets dark, then you can because in the summertime there are more daylight hours. But Arizona is the only state in the United States that does not use daylight Saving Time. If you are a person that wakes up early every day then you will have lots of time to get your house chores done or if you need to do other things you will have lots of time for those on the weekends. Even if you wake up late in the morning, you can still get a bit of tasks done. In addition, if you have a job where you work indoors in an air-conditioned building, the heat really isn’t a major issue. On the other hand, if you are employed in the construction industry, then you will be forced to work outdoors. The heat can really wear you out then. Make sure to drink plenty of water if you are out in the heat. I cannot emphasize this enough. Do not wait until you feel thirsty to drink water. You can lose lots of fluid without even realizing it! And contrary to the belief that soft drinks hydrate you, they actually do the opposite. They make you thirstier. Water is the best beverage to drink when you are thirsty in my opinion considering that 75% of the human body is made of water.

With the arrival of summer that means that you can do activities that are water related. If you want to go for a boat ride somewhere you can do that. If you want to swim in a public swimming pool you can. Swimming is very beneficial for the body because you use most of your muscles while doing this kind of activity. Swimming can help to keep you out of the sun’s rays and so you can avoid the risk of sunburn. If you have access to an indoor swimming pool, that would be even better. They say that swimming is also beneficial for weight loss as that activity burns calories. Speaking of swimming, Miki Fujimoto in 2005 in her photo book Real 226 has some nice photos of her in a bikini!
Summer is also a time that if you have kids you can spend time with them because they are out of school unless they take summer classes. Even then, after their summer classes are over for the day you can still spend time with them. Isn’t summer a great time of the year? I am certainly enjoying myself so far. And we are not even in the summer yet.
Most people think about going to the beach to swim, surf or play volleyball when the summer arrives. If you are going to the beach to play volleyball or to sunbathe make sure to apply sunscreen because if you don’t then you run the risk of getting burned especially if you have fair skin. Getting a sunburn is not fun so be careful if you are in the direct sun playing volleyball. You can also spend time at the beach having fun with your children by building sand castles.

During the summer another advantage is that the weather does not cool off as fast so you won’t have to worry about being cold for the most part. A short-sleeved shirt and pants at night would be enough for the most part unless you are going into the coastal areas of California. In the subtropical areas such as the Texas Gulf coast or Florida make sure to drink plenty of water even at night as you will still sweat if you are outside.
Many people only look at the negatives of the summer and they really don’t see the positives because their mind is conditioned to focus on the negative aspects of summer. Yes summer does bring hot temperatures but there are ways to enjoy yourself during the summer that you can’t in the other seasons of the year. Isn’t summertime nice? And now for one of my favorite Asian gravure idols: it is the stunning Asuka Kishi of Osaka!
