Sayuki Takagi, member of the group Juice=Juice recently expressed through her official blog that she has gotten surgery done on her vocal cord nodules. A photo of the musical group Juice=Juice is below. Image source: http://www.hello-online.org.
Takagi said that the official wording was vocal cord nodules but it was more like lumps on her vocal cords. Takagi said that having these lumps made her voice become scratchy. The lumps would also affect Takagi’s ability to have daily conversations and it has affected her singing ability as well. As a result of this condition on her vocal cords, Takagi also said that there were many instances that she was not able to sing as she had liked, breathe correctly, or raise her voice. Takagi had gotten her surgery done after the group’s one man live event called “Juice=Juice LIVE MISSION FINAL at Nippon Budokan” on November 7, 2016. She has been discharged from the hospital and she is recovering at home. She said to her fans: “I am not ill so please do not worry about me.” Below is the song called Wonderful World by Juice=Juice but this is the Sayuki Takagi version. Enjoy!
