Vogue Girl Magazine marks another magazine appearance for Atsuko Maeda.
If you thought that you have heard the end of Atsuko Maeda, think again. The former AKB48 vocalist is now set to appear on the cover of Vogue Girl Magazine! This marks her first time that she will be on the cover of the magazine. In trying to challenge herself, Maeda will be appearing with the theme called “makeover.” She credits Ami Sioux for being a huge inspiration in her life. She went on to say: “After one cut, I felt a new world was opened to me.” The quote is courtesy of http://www.tokyohive.com. Maeda was named as one of the women of the year for 2012 by Vogue Japan Magazine!
It just goes to show how keeping an open mind will help you to succeed in other areas of your industry and life. The next issue of the magazine also has an interview given by Maeda. She will discuss her fashion and her graduation from AKB48. She graduated from AKB48 on August 27, 2012 in front of thousands of adoring fans in the packed Tokyo Dome. Vogue Girl Magazine will be on the shelves starting September 1st. So for those of you looking for more news on this Japanese singer, you will hear about it soon.
More news: It was reported in October 2012 that Maeda would appear on the cover of the December 2012 issue of Vogue Magazine in Japan. It was also said that she was wearing some very expensive earrings and necklace that were worth so much it would stagger the imagination if I told you.
